One Dot Atlassian support covers all the Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Bitbucket along with apps (formerly addons). We provide assistance with application configuration, and system administration tasks. We cover Cloud configuration including features associated with Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans. We also cover Linux, and Windows, and various databases including Postgres, MS SQL, Oracle and MySQL. As a hosting company we can also assist with AWS and Azure issues and configuration.
One Dot also provides assistance with security breaches, access control, compliance, backups, upgrades, and migrations (for example, server to cloud migrations or server to data center migrations)

One Dot does provide emergency support for a critical issues: site unavailable, DNS, AWS, Azure issues, and data center or server crashes, for example. Contact us for help. Note the fee structure for emergency support is different to our other support packages.
